On Thursday, December 28, 2023, “Bar Seven” opened just two doors down from Nishimuraya Honkan in Kinosaki Onsen.

The bar offers over 60 cocktails crafted by a dedicated bartender, along with an exquisite selection of whiskies such as Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Macallan, vintage wines from Bordeaux and Napa, draft beer from Italy’s popular Peroni brand, as well as non-alcoholic cocktails, domestic juices, assorted cheeses, and fruit platters.

Whether for a break while touring the hot spring baths of Kinosaki Onsen or a relaxing moment after dinner, we invite you to stop by. Guests staying at Nishimuraya Honkan or Nishimuraya Hotel Shogetsutei can settle their bill during check-out the next morning.

We offer over 60 cocktails crafted by our dedicated bartender, along with a selection of exquisite whiskies representing countries worldwide, such as Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Macallan. Additionally, we provide vintage wines from Bordeaux, Napa, and other renowned regions, as well as draft beer from the popular Italian brand Peroni.

Non-alcoholic cocktails and domestic juices are also available.

He honed his skills at renowned authentic bars, including an exclusive members-only bar in Kyoto's Gion district, Hilton Hotel (Osaka), and The Main Bar (Kyoto). His accolades include winning and placing in various cocktail competitions. His original cocktail "Koi Wazurai" (Lovesickness), which won first place in the creative cocktail category, is said to carry the charm of "bringing love to fruition."
